Team Projects
Siemens Digital Summer Camp - Industrial Ingress App
Siemens 2020 Sep- 2020 Sep
I worked with 3 TUM students to create a prototype of an industrial version of the Ingress/Pokemon app. This digital twin helps Siemens employees to collect information through a gamification experience.
My main tasks were making app mock-up including gamification mechanism, preparing pitch deck, and pitching in front of the jurors, including the CTO of Siemens Digital Industries, CEO Office representative, and Head of Siemens Advanta Solutions.
We were awarded a prize for 'Best Technical Solution and Prototyping'.
Utilized: Python, SQL, Figma
Think.Make.Start with BMW - InkSight
BMW 2019 November - 2020 January
I worked with 3 TUM students and BMW employees during the sprint phase and worked with the student team for one month to build a cloud-based IoT prototype for the BMW Munich plant. By observation and discussing with the problem owner, we analyzed the complex working process and generated a solution.
My main tasks were data visualization, coding, frontend UI development, business analysis and pitching in front of the Director of Munich Plant.
We were awarded a 'Make' prize because the prototype is a market-ready product.
Utilized: Python, Django, Highcharts, JavaScript, Git
Think.Make.Start - Dishwish
TUM. 2019 September
We created the idea of making the smallest dishwasher that can fit in your sink. I implemented agile project management working style to track everyone's work process and effectively level up the communication between business and engineering team.
My main tasks were product design, product management, user testing, visual design (logo and flyers), and market and financial. Moreover, I represented the team to pitching our idea to 100 audiences and won the highest votes from the audience.

Entrepreneurial Prototyping - FindASeat
TUM. 2019 SoSe semester
We prototyped a seat-finding app for libraries and cafes with a community environment. We faced many struggles on our business model and technology but eventually, we overcome a better solution. I initiated to contact and meet with our potential partners and that help us find our position and evaluate the technology infrastructure.
My main tasks on this project were technology application research, partner management, and the the developments of App interface, business model, income statement, and business analysis.
Tech Challenge - ParkIn
TUM. 2018 SoSe semester
Our idea was a parking version of Airbnb - a platform where you can rent/lease a parking space. We prototyped an app and hardware. I initiated to interview potential customers to understand their pain point regarding using a vehicle in Munich, and then we decided to cope with the parking problem.
My main focus was on problem finding, business model, consumer insight research, market analysis, income statement, and marketing material making.
We won the 2nd prize of challenge as we had the highest business potential.
Immerse.Design.Disrupt - CARROT
UnternehmerTUM. 2 weeks
In this program, we built a shopping basket-carrying robot with hand-crafted carrier and market-available-Arduino. It was a short-term program but we had a lot of fun. I was in charge of the idea validation, market and consumer research, and the presentation. Besides, I talked with our clients and their clients to make sure we understand the root problems and that our solution can capture their needs.

We organized a 3-days-event to support the startups family.
In 2012 winter, I worked in a NGO called OEW (Organisation für Eine solidarische Welt ) in Italy. In 4 weeks, I have organized for the NGO two fundraising events, of which the fund would be used for their education projects.
The photo presents a fundraising dinner we held at a social house.
In the last year of Bachelor at the University in 2015, I formed a team to provide consultancy to startups. In the picture, we were demonstrating our cases in a booth. We had a client who operates a cooking lab and diet consultation, and another client providing home healthcare solution.
